Abstract The gap between aging science and practice persists. Getting the best possible evidence into real world is a particular challenge in gerontology because of complex needs older persons, family caregiving experience, workforce shortage, underlying structural concerns with how services for people are regulated, paid for, valued. purpose this symposium to consider contextual dimensions facilitate implementation, methodological considerations, strategies inform cultural adaptation evidence-based innovations, creativity innovation low- middle-income countries can better implementation practices resource rich vice-versa. Specifically, Dr. Marie Boltz colleagues will examine conceptual theoretical underpinnings organizational readiness operationalization construct.
